Seven Steps to Change Your Life

Seven steps to change your life

Are you satisfied with your routine life or do you think there may be more growth? You feel like getting out of your monotonous lifestyle, getting out of your comfort zone and do something that is extraordinary.

I Bhavin. J. Shah personal transformation coach, today I have brought such topic whose title is “7 steps to who you are to who you want to be.”  

Read it carefully, wherever you maybe in this world right now, on whatever level and however rich or poor you maybe. With this seven step method you can become whatever you want to. 

1. See yourself outside yourself.

Generally we live in our circle and often we don’t see the world that exists outside our circle.

It means that if someone sees us from outside and suggests us where and what improvement is needed at that time we will know what we have to do. A fish who is in the water never knows how deep the water is, the person who is outside can say how deep the water is. Similarly we need to get out of ourselves and as a third person we need to see that in which area of life I need growth, where am I missing, and in which area I want to improve myself. It can be an area of health, wealth, relation, career, contribution, personal development, spiritual growth or any other area of life. You have to choose the area you want to begin with.

This is step number one, now step number two you have to see that if you want to work in that area then specifically take one area from that. Many times we see videos and sessions that we feel that we should complete this area, that area also but we should not do that. 


2. Choose any one area.

Choose one area specifically where you want to work upon yourself. This is step two. Number one see yourself outside yourself, number two choose any one area.

3. Set a goal !

What do you want to achieve in that area? It should not be that you took one area and that’s it. Number three very important set a Goal, in next three, six or twelve months where do I want to reach? For example you want to work in area of health and you are overweight and you want to see a different Bhavin then what you should do? You have to set a goal for yourself. Right now my weight is 80 kg and I have to reach to 60 kg in one year then you will get a direction otherwise you will not get any direction.

 

4. Do daily practices around your goal.

Your goal has been set and now comes the point number four that is do daily practices near your goal. It means make some daily practices for the goal that you took. Make such daily practices that will help you, that will force you to achieve your goal. I gave an example in the area of health so will give example of that, you can start taking nutritional food, start exercising, take rest whatever you want to do near the area of health and at least you give proper time in that because it is very important to achieve your goal.

 

 

5. Regular re-check where you are.

Now you have done exercise but have you lost the weight or not? So for that regularly check where you are. Check whether you are in the right direction or not of your goal. If you have choose to lose weight from 80 to 60 kg then check in first two months have you lost 2, 3 or 4 kg of weight, if not then you need to change your actions and daily practices. And for that it is necessary that you take daily action. 

One thing is very clear that it is not only mandatory for health area but for all areas of life. If you decide that you want work in area of sales and decide that I want to increase my sales. If my goal is that I want to double my current sales in next one year. Then I will tell you a simple step, every day you have to meet a new person. You have decided that as a daily practice every day you will meet a new person. And number five what I told you that you recheck that every day I meet with new person but still I don’t get improvement in sales then I have to recheck that whether I am meeting the right person or not, is my product good, am I presenting in a proper way. 

Like we have to work in area of health in the same way we have to work in area of sales. It maybe any area of life the steps will remain same.

6. Surround yourself with the people who lift you higher.

It is important, stay among such people who are healthy, between such people who do good sales, between such people who can give you such inputs that will automatically make you lead towards your goal. It is very important because the first point I told you that if you stay in your circle only then how can you see where you need to grow? Outsider can tell you where you need to grow. First you have seen yourself from outside and now you stay with such people. I always say one quote, “if you stay in touch with successful people then automatically you will become 50% successful. And if you stay between failures then automatically you will fail 50%.” 

 
 

 

7. Accept and acknowledge yourself.

It is important, stay among such people who are healthy, between such people who do good sales, between such people who can give you such inputs that will automatically make you lead towards your goal. It is very important because the first point I told you that if you stay in your circle only then how can you see where you need to grow? Outsider can tell you where you need to grow. First you have seen yourself from outside and now you stay with such people. I always say one quote, “if you stay in touch with successful people then automatically you will become 50% successful. And if you stay between failures then automatically you will fail 50%.”
