Daily nutrition is explained in basic language. Reduced 5kg in 20 days..just by understanding what my body needs and with my own diet plan.
My approach for sugar and life changed totally. I believed life is not possible without sugar. But after attending this workshop, my thought process changed. I am now more energetic without sugar.
